Megan lives in rural Pennsylvania with her partner, their seven year old son, her elderly mother, and an assortment of furry, feathery and scaly critters on a budding homestead with spotty internet. She describes herself as an extroverted introvert, loves to read and crochet, and can’t remember a time when she didn’t have a camera and book close at hand. After the birth of her son, she was drawn towards birth photography and doula work and officially launched her business during the height of the pandemic. Shortly after, she became a certified bereavement doula and offers support and documentation to families experiencing loss. You can often find her with too many browser tabs open, ice water and planner nearby with a pages long To-Do list, enrolled in yet another doula course or Grief and Loss training, and fully committed to documenting this beautifully messy thing called life.
