Client Contract Templates

Starting with contracts is really hard because we just don’t know what needs to go in them until it is too late.
These are the same contracts that I use for my own business and am now sharing them with you.
I would HIGHLY encourage you to NOT copy and paste, but to change the verbiage to your own and really make them fit your business and brand. You can, however, just plug your business name and info in and away you go.
THESE CONTRACTS ARE NOT LOOKED OVER BY A LAWYER. I cannot be held legally responsible should any legal action be taken against you by a client. By purchasing these contracts, you relinquish Birth Photographer from all liability. These are simply guidelines of what to include in your contracts.
